Reference is made to the following :
(1) The announcement made by ARREIT on 27 February 2020 in relation to the Notice of the Eighth Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of ARREIT to be held at Nusantara Ballroom 2 & 3, Level 2, Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 15 April 2020 at 10.00 a.m. (“Eighth AGM”).
(2) The media release issued by the Securities Commission of Malaysia on 17 March 2020 granting a two-month extension to managers of Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts with a financial year end of 31 December 2019 to hold AGMs by 30 June 2020.
