Working Experience and Occupation:

Datuk Mohd Radzif Bin Mohd Yunus brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare, development finance, property, construction and investment, with a strong track record in institutional transformation and strategic growth.

Datuk Radzif was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Institut Jantung Negara Sdn. Bhd. in 2003 and later served as Group Managing Director of IJN Holdings Sdn. Bhd. In 2010, he joined Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia as Managing Director and was redesignated as Group Managing Director in 2014, serving until June 2017.

He received the Malaysian Business Leadership Award for Healthcare in 2009 and was named CEO of the Year by the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific in 2015. In 2018, he was conferred honorary membership by the Association of National Development Finance Institutions in Member Countries of the Islamic Development Bank. He has held leadership roles including Chairman of ADFIM, Vice Chairman of ADFIMI and Board member of ADFIAP and The Montreal Group and serves on various advisory bodies.

DATUK MOHD ISKANDAR DZULKARNAIN RAMLI

Working Experience and Occupation:

Datuk Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Bin Ramli (“Datuk Iskandar”) is an accomplished corporate strategist with extensive expertise in internal audit, risk management, corporate strategy, and financial planning. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the International Islamic University Malaysia and is a member of both the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and the Malaysian Association of Risk and Insurance Management.

Datuk Iskandar began his career in May 2008 as an Internal Audit Executive at Sapura Crest Petroleum Berhad. He subsequently held key risk management roles at Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad and the Khazanah Nasional Berhad Group of Companies, where he was instrumental in strengthening risk frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

In 2014, Datuk Iskandar joined Bina Darulaman Berhad, leading the Group Corporate Planning and Enterprise Risk Management Department. His expertise and leadership arned him a promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2018, and subsequently to Chief Corporate Officer/Executive Vice President 1 – Strategy, Finance, and Corporate Services in 2020. He also served as Group Chief Corporate Services Officer at Amanah Raya Berhad.

In March 2025, Datuk Iskandar was appointed as Managing Director of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd (“AKRM and/or Amanahraya REIT”), following a successful stint as Acting Managing Director. His strategic leadership and financial acumen have been instrumental in driving corporate initiatives, ensuring compliance, and strengthening AKRM and/or Amanahraya REIT’s market positioning. As Managing Director, he continues to lead the company with a focus on growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Working Experience and Occupation:

Shahlan Bin Md Shukor @ Kadari has over 25 years of experience in accounting, audit and public sector financial management, with broad exposure across corporate and government institutions.

He began his career in 1995 as an Audit Assistant with Azman, Wong, Salleh & Co in Kuala Lumpur, undertaking audit and financial reporting assignments. In 2001, he joined Perbadanan Nasional Bhd as an Investment Monitoring Executive overseeing investment performance and compliance matters, and later joined Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd in 2004 as an Auditor in the Internal Audit Department. Since 2005, he has served in the government sector as an Accountant, with postings at the Accountant General’s Department of Malaysia in Putrajaya and Selangor, the Selangor State Health Department and the Marine Department Malaysia.

He currently serves as Principal Assistant Secretary in the Government Investment Company Division at the Ministry of Finance.

Working Experience and Occupation:

Mr. Naoto Kojima has more than three decades of experience in insurance and real estate investment across Japan, Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia, with extensive exposure to international property markets and cross-border investments. He began his career in 1986 with Nippon Life Insurance Company later served as Associate Director at NLI International Limited in the United Kingdom. During this period, he was seconded to Banco Bilbao Vizcaya in Spain as a delegate of Nippon Life.

He subsequently held senior roles within Nippon Life’s overseas property investment subsidiaries in the United States, including Senior Vice President of NLI Properties East, Inc. in New York and President of NLI Properties West, Inc. in Los Angeles. He later served as Senior Consultant at Ikoma CB Richard Ellis K.K. and Director of Acquisitions at AMB Blackpine. In 2006, he joined Kenedix Inc.

He served as Chief Executive Officer of Kenedix Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore from 2021 to 2024 and currently serves as Senior Manager at Kenedix Inc. in Tokyo.

AIDA MOSIRA BINTI MOKHTAR

Working Experience and Occupation:

Aida Mosira Binti Mokhtar is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Chartered Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP) and an Islamic Financial Planner (IFP). She graduated with Honours in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specialising in Accounting & Finance. She also holds a Certificate in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School Online and a Certificate in the Takaful Basic Examination.

She combines international academic training with specialised certifications to drive strategic transformation and risk oversight. Her professional focus remains centred on enhancing institutional accountability and fostering innovation through sustainable financial practices.

Her professional milestones span industries such as corporate treasury, asset management, oil & gas, aviation, professional services and management consulting. With 30 years of experience, she has held various senior advisory and strategic roles across finance (investment, treasury, fund management, Islamic finance), risk management and strategic planning.

Notably, she has served in senior leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer of Aberdeen Islamic Asset Management, Chief Financial Officer of Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, Vice President of Malaysia Airlines and Director of Deloitte Global Treasury Advisory Services, demonstrating her versatile leadership and deep expertise.

She was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. (AKRM) on 30 August 2022 and currently serves on the boards of Touch ’n Go Sdn. Bhd. and Eco-Shop Marketing Bhd.

Dato’ Mohammed Noor Azmall Bin Jamaluddin brings extensive international experience in architecture and design consultancy, having spent 16 years studying and working in the United Kingdom before returning to Malaysia in 2010.

He began his career at Reid Architecture Ltd, London as an Architectural Assistant from 2002 to 2006, contributing to design development and project delivery. He joined 3D Architects Ltd, London as Project Architect from 2006 to 2007 and was subsequently appointed Associate Director of 3DReid Ltd, London from 2007 to 2010. He later served as Regional Director from 2010 to 2012, based in Kuala Lumpur, where he established and expanded 3DReid’s presence in the Asia Pacific region.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BIMASIA, a Building Information Modelling consultancy in Asia, and Founder and Managing Director of 3D Architecture, formerly known as 3DReid International, leading its strategic growth and innovation initiatives.

Wan Azman Bin Ismail has over three decades of experience in corporate finance, investment and real estate management, with extensive exposure to capital markets, advisory services and asset management.

He began his career in 1990 in the Corporate Finance Division of Permata Merchant Bank Berhad before joining BSN Merchant Bank Berhad in 1996 as Senior Manager, where he was involved in advisory and capital market activities. In 1999, he joined Johor Corporation as Senior Manager overseeing corporate finance matters across its portfolio. He joined Damansara Realty Berhad in 2001 as General Manager and was appointed Managing Director in 2013, leading its strategic and operational direction. In 2014, he returned to Johor Corporation as Vice President, serving until 2017. He later served as Chief Executive Officer of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. until June 2022, overseeing asset management and performance growth. Currently, he is engaged as a Consultant in DWA Advisory Sdn. Bhd., a boutique corporate finance advisory firm licensed by the Securities Commission.

Working Experience and Occupation:

Kamarul Ariffin Mohd Jamil brings over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in governance, strategy and financial oversight. He is a member of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

He began his career in the oil and gas sector, serving in downstream operations at Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. and upstream activities at Trenergy Malaysia Berhad, before spending five years with Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad. He later built his banking career, culminating in his role as Group Chief Executive Officer of Affin Bank Berhad.

He currently serves as Chairman of Maybank Islamic Asset Management Company and sits on the boards of Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad, Marine & General Berhad and Kwasa Land Sdn. Bhd.

He was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. on 21 July 2025.
