Working Experience and Occupation:

Datuk Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Bin Ramli (“Datuk Iskandar”) is an accomplished corporate strategist with extensive expertise in internal audit, risk management, corporate strategy, and financial planning. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the International Islamic University Malaysia and is a member of both the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and the Malaysian Association of Risk and Insurance Management.

Datuk Iskandar began his career in May 2008 as an Internal Audit Executive at Sapura Crest Petroleum Berhad. He subsequently held key risk management roles at Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad and the Khazanah Nasional Berhad Group of Companies, where he was instrumental in strengthening risk frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

In 2014, Datuk Iskandar joined Bina Darulaman Berhad, leading the Group Corporate Planning and Enterprise Risk Management Department. His expertise and leadership arned him a promotion to Chief Operating Officer in 2018, and subsequently to Chief Corporate Officer/Executive Vice President 1 – Strategy, Finance, and Corporate Services in 2020. He also served as Group Chief Corporate Services Officer at Amanah Raya Berhad.

In March 2025, Datuk Iskandar was appointed as Managing Director of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd (“AKRM and/or Amanahraya REIT”), following a successful stint as Acting Managing Director. His strategic leadership and financial acumen have been instrumental in driving corporate initiatives, ensuring compliance, and strengthening AKRM and/or Amanahraya REIT’s market positioning. As Managing Director, he continues to lead the company with a focus on growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

AHMAD JEFRI ABDUL RASHID

Chief Financial Officer

Working Experience and Occupation:

Ahmad Jefri Bin Abdul Rashid has over 25 years of experience in financial management, investment strategy, corporate governance and auditing. He is a Chartered Practising Accountant, a member of CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management Accounting from the University of Newcastle, Australia.

He began his career in professional practice with Ernst & Young and KPMG, where he spent 14 years providing audit services to public-listed companies, GLCs and multinational corporations across manufacturing, construction, hospitality and financial services. He later served more than 11 years at a public-listed technology and managed services group, holding senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Market Group, overseeing investment portfolios, subsidiary management and regional operations across Malaysia, Australia and Indonesia.

He joined AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. as Chief Financial Officer in March 2025, overseeing financial planning, investment strategy, risk management and regulatory compliance.

DAMIAN LOW SWEE LIM

Head of Finance

Working Experience and Occupation:

Damian has more than 25 years of senior management experience in financial leadership, operational oversight and strategic business development across technology-driven organisations and subsidiaries of HeiTech Padu Berhad.

He held multiple Chief Financial Officer roles within IT companies, overseeing full-spectrum finance functions including due diligence, budgeting, forecasting and investment evaluation for strategic acquisitions. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Pro Office Solutions Sdn. Bhd., where he led the diversification of the business from bulk mailing services into digital and ITbased offerings, secured multi-term courier and national IT service contracts, and strengthened financial systems and reporting frameworks.

Earlier, he managed multi-million ringgit operations for nine years at Inter City MPC (M) Sdn. Bhd., securing long-term financing facilities, leading restructuring initiatives and turning around loss-making units. He also held senior finance roles across IT services, manufacturing and property management sectors.

ADNAN MOHD AMER

Head of Property Management & Enhancement

Working Experience and Occupation:

Adnan has more than 25 years of experience in property management, asset recovery, turnaround strategy and large-scale development projects, primarily within GLCs, REITs and government-linked entities.

He has led major recovery and redevelopment initiatives, including the completion and handover of the 10 Selangor Syariah Courts project, culminating in the issuance of Certificates of Completion and Compliance and execution of Build-Lease-Transfer agreements in 2024. He also oversaw restoration and enhancement programmes such as the Wisma AmanahRaya Restoration Programme, nationwide branch upgrades and corporate operational mobilisation during major building works. During his tenure at Bina Darulaman Berhad, he led restructuring efforts for BDB Darulaman Golf Resort Berhad and BDB Leisure Sdn. Bhd., stabilising operations and reversing losses, and served as Project Director for the RM165 million Langkawi Premium Outlet development.

He currently serves as Head of Property Management & Enhancement Department at AmanahRaya–Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd., overseeing asset optimisation and facilities management across the portfolio.

AZURA NORDEN

Head of Corporate Office

Working Experience and Occupation:

Azura brings over 25 years of experience across healthcare, financial services, aviation, hospitality and REIT sectors, with expertise in turnaround and transformation management, corporate strategy, stakeholder engagement and human resources.

She began her career in business development at Federal Telecommunications and the PETRONAS Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra before moving into human resources, sales and event management roles within healthcare industry and established hotel group. She later spent nearly a decade at SME Bank in senior leadership roles, serving as Head of the Group Managing Director & Corporate Office and overseeing the International Desk. She subsequently held positions at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad as Special Officer to the Group Chief Executive Officer, at KMI Healthcare as Head of Strategy & Business Development, and at KPJ Healthcare Berhad as Senior Corporate Manager. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Group Head of Corporate Affairs at UM Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

She brings strong experience in change management and international business collaboration across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

FAZA FAWZY

Head of Investment

Working Experience and Occupation:

Faza has almost decade of experience in real estate investment, fund management, corporate finance and property advisory across Malaysia and the ASEAN region, with comprehensive exposure across the real estate investment lifecycle.

She has held roles at Sime Darby Property Berhad, Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, CIMB Investment Bank and Savills Malaysia, leading the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, fund formations and sale-and-leaseback transactions. Her experience includes structuring yield-accretive investments, built-to-suit and forward purchase arrangements to enhance income stability and portfolio resilience. She has also been involved in large-scale real estate financing, REIT and IPO-related exercises, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and investor engagement initiatives.

Her sector coverage spans office, retail, industrial, healthcare, education and data centre assets across Malaysia and selected regional markets. Earlier in her career, she advised on market studies, feasibility assessments and capital market transactions within an international property consultancy.

SUSAN WAN PEI YEE

Head of Leasing & Marketing

Working Experience and Occupation:

Susan has over 28 years of experience in strategic marketing, branding and business development across Malaysia and Australia, including more than 15 years in senior management roles. Her expertise spans project planning, stakeholder engagement, performance management, strategic communications and revenue generation.

She has held senior roles in education and financial services, at Monash University Australia, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, the Alice Smith School and SME Bank’s Centre for Entrepreneur Development (CEDAR). At CEDAR-SME Bank, she managed a RM7.1 million portfolio, exceeded B2B engagement targets and led nationwide trade roadshows supporting business growth. As the Director of Foundation at the Alice Smith School, she established and managed the Foundation, raising over RM2 million funds and secured international recognition for its fundraising initiatives. She is a registered Real Estate Negotiator with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia.

She currently serves as the Head of Leasing and Marketing at AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd., overseeing leasing and marketing strategy, tenant acquisition, tenant retention and revenue optimisation, supported by strategic marketing implementation.

Working Experience and Occupation:

Zoebydah has over a decade of experience in governance, enterprise risk management and compliance across REIT, property investment and development, as well as oil and gas, retail, hospitality and utilities sectors. She has worked closely with senior management and Board committees in strengthening risk oversight and organisational resilience.

She began her risk management career at Amanah Raya Berhad, enhancing enterprise risk frameworks, governance policies and structured risk reporting. She later joined UDA Holdings Berhad, supporting group-wide risk and business continuity oversight across construction, retail and hospitality portfolios. She subsequently served with PETRONAS under the Project Delivery & Technology Division, supporting integrated assurance, and later at Mesra Retail & Café Sdn. Bhd. under PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, overseeing operational risk and governance readiness. Prior to her current role, she led enterprise risk management coverage at KLCC Property Holdings Berhad.

She currently serves as Head of Risk Management and Compliance at AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd., overseeing enterprise risk, compliance and governance within a regulated REIT environment.

SITI SALWA MAWARDEE

Head of Legal & Contract Management

Working Experience and Occupation:

Siti Salwa has more than 16 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate governance, trust law, regulatory compliance, secretarial matters and Board affairs primarily within trust institutions, government-linked entities and corporate organisations.

She began her legal career in private practice before transitioning into in-house legal advisory roles, serving organisations established under the Trustees (Incorporation) Act 1952, including Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) and Yayasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam Malaysia (YaPEIM). Throughout her career, she has advised Boards and Management on a broad range of legal, commercial and governance matters, including contracts, corporate, employment and industrial relations, regulatory compliance and trusteeship.

During her tenure at YaPEIM, she served as Head of Group Legal, overseeing the Legal Department while providing legal counsel to the Board of Trustees, Management and affiliated entities. She also acted as Secretary to the Audit and Risk Committee as well as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and worked closely with various government ministries and regulatory agencies on legal, trust and compliance matters.

She currently serves as Head of Legal & Contract Management at AmanahRaya–Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd., overseeing legal affairs, corporate governance and regulatory compliance to support the REIT Manager's operations and strategic initiatives.
